Main tasks of the economics, accounting and reporting sector:

– keeping accounting records of the financial and economic activities of the institute and preparing reports; – reflecting in documents the reliability and completeness of information about business transactions and the results of activities necessary for the operational management of budget allocations, as well as financial and material resources;

– ensuring compliance with budget legislation when making budget commitments, making payments in accordance with the budget commitments made, reliable and detailed reflection of operations in accounting and reporting;

– ensuring control over the availability and movement of property, the use of financial and material resources in accordance with approved standards and estimates; – preventing the occurrence of negative phenomena in the financial and economic activities of the institute; – carrying out financial and economic planning and analysis aimed at organizing the rational activities of the institute.
