Competition to fill the vacant position of director of the State Enterprise "Experimental Farming "Stepne" of the Institute of Pig Breeding and Agro-Industrial Production of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.

The National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2008 No. 777 "On competitive selection of managers of economic entities of the state sector of the economy" dated September 3, 2008, announces a competition to fill the vacant position of the director of the State Enterprise "Experimental Farming" Stepne" of the Institute of Pig Breeding and Agro-Industrial Production of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine"

1. Name of the enterprise: State enterprise "Experimental Farm "Steppe" of the Institute of Pig Breeding and Agro-Industrial Production of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine"

2. Location of the enterprise: 38744, Poltava region, Poltava district, Stepne village, str. Tsentralna, building 18

3. The main areas of activity of the enterprise:

- cultivation of grain crops (except rice), legumes and oilseeds (main);

- cultivation of vegetables and melon crops, roots and tubers;

- cultivation of other annual and biennial crops;

- cultivation of seed and stone fruits;

- breeding of dairy cattle;

- breeding of other cattle and buffaloes;

- pig breeding;

- auxiliary activity in crop production;

- meat production;

- production of meat products;

- production of oil and animal fats;

- production of products of the flour milling and grain industry;

- production of concrete products for construction;

- retail trade in non-specialized stores mainly of food products, beverages and tobacco products;

- cargo automobile transport;

- supply of other ready meals;

- research and experimental development in the field of other natural and technical sciences (main)

5. List of documents submitted by the applicant in person and/or sent by e-mail, requirements for their registration:

- application for participation in the competition in the name of the President of the National Academy of Sciences Gadzalo Y.M. The application must contain information about the applicant (applicant's full name, mailing address, contact phone number, e-mail address, if available);

- duly certified copies of an identity document, a copy of an employment book or documents certifying work experience, a copy of a document on higher education;

- biographical reference (resume);

- tender offer;

- consent to the processing of personal data;

- a declaration as a candidate for the position for the past year in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (printed from the website of the NACP);

- recommendations and other documents at his discretion.

The applicant is responsible for the inauthenticity of the documents.

7. Date of publication of the results of the competitive selection:

The results of the competitive selection are published on the official website of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (http://naas.gov.ua/) no later than three days from the date of its completion.

8. Requirements for the applicant:

Second-level higher education with a master's degree (specialist) and work experience in lower-level management positions — at least 5 years.

9. Requirements for the competitive offer:

The competitive proposal, which is developed on the basis of actual indicators of financial and economic activity, must contain a draft of the company's activity program for the medium-term perspective, which provides for:

- a detailed priority plan for the development of the enterprise within one year;

- measures for the performance of tasks and the results of the analysis of possible risks, as well as for improving the technical, economic and financial indicators of the enterprise, increasing its competitiveness;

- the amount of funds coming to the budgets;

- proposals for attracting investments for the development of the enterprise;

- proposals regarding the expected dynamics of improvement of the main indicators of financial and economic activity.
