All materials submitted to the editorial office must meet the requirements stipulated in sub-clauses 1-7 of clause 6 of the Procedure for the Formation of the List of Scientific and Professional Publications of Ukraine:

The article must be written on a relevant topic, contain a justification of the objective and statistically processed results of the author's own scientific research (authors), which were not previously published in other publications and were not considered by the editorial boards of other publishing houses. The author is responsible for the content of the submitted materials.

Materials that do not contain new scientific results, and at the same time do not contain information that they are review or scientific methodical, are not accepted for publication.

In order to verify compliance with the requirements for the design of a scientific article, it must undergo a primary control procedure, a check for compliance with the rules of academic integrity and editorial and publishing ethics provided for by law. Determining the level of uniqueness of the author's text (plagiarism check).

The article submission:
