V.M.Voloshchuk, M.V. Fydria. Biochemical parameters of the blood of young stresostoykosti at different levels of technological stress action

 

In modern conditions of pig animal has many factors, some of which are normal physiological stimuli, others stress factors (stressors). Technologists note indigestion, problems with reproductive qualities of pigs. Reserve capacity of the immune system healthy body sufficiently robust to provide protectionfrom most environmentalfactors. However, the effect of a number of stressors (rearrangement ? veterinary measures, changes in the conditions of keeping and feeding, and others.) Lead to overload the immune system or impressive. Equally important in this situation become adaptive properties of the body. During the body's response to stress factor in emergency mode start working the endocrine and nervous systems. All attempts to overcome the impact of body stress factors can be seen easily by examining the pattern of blood. We conducted hematological blood tests young pigs after exposure to stress weaning process. Based on hematological studies found that the main morphological and biochemical indices of blood of young research (hemoglobin, albumin, total protein, creatinine, triacylglycerols) are directly related to their productivity, animal class M + groups (large white, Mirgorod species and their hybrids (LW х M)) exceeded their peers in the class M and Mo. These data indicate higher reactivity animals ? group improves their productivity.

The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the candidate of agricultural sciences on a speciality 06.02.04 - technology of production of live-stock products, Institute of Pig Breeding and AIP NAAS, Poltava, 2015

 

In the dissertation it is presented theoretical generalization and solved scientific task that directed on increasing the efficiency of homogenization of manure flows on in­dustrial pig complexes. Obtained data give the full idea about the technology of ho­mogenization of manure flows on purgative constructions of pig complexes. It has been determined that under conditions of the hydro flush system it is rationally using mechanical screw high rotation and hydraulic stream with the horizontal flow mixer with the same, maximum hydraulic pressure and under conditions of the own drift system - mechanical vane low and middle rotation mixers with the maximum diam­eter of the flow.

In the article it is given the results of researches concerning the application of alternative sources of energy in enterprises and it has been substantiated the economic efficiency of manufacturing biofertilizers. The technological decisions concerning to build the bio-gas plant will further to increase the production of high quality pork with simultaneous receiving energy of the alternative origin and manufacturing biofertilizers which will supply receiving high quality feed-stuffs and bioadditions for feeding pigs and will not decrease the yield of agricultural crops and also the positive effect, in particular: the independence from chemical means; reducing production expenditures; the development of the market of organic products.

D.D. Chertkov, B.D. Chertkov, T.M Konks. Effect of different levels in various sow feeding conditions of detention

 

The results of researches of using different levels offeeding of sows under conditions of single-phase housing in the shops of reproduction and farrow are given. It was found out the tendency of increase of reproductive and productive ability of sows that helps to increase sexual activity in animals - by 8.0 %, conception rate is 8.6 %, multiple pregnancy, at 6.6 %, the average live weight of newborn piglets is 7.8 %, piglets at 21 days per 1 sow - 14,7 %, milkiness of Queens - 31.2% in comparison with the animals of the control group; lower costs offeed on the content of sows in the shop reproduction and farrowing - by 32.4% in comparison with the animals of the control group.

V.V. Danchuk, T.S. Tokarchuk, M.R. Kliutsuk. Motion activity of piglets at different terms of their separation from sows

 

The article highlights the changes in indicators of piglets motion activity in the first three days after their separation from the sows. Weaning 45-days age piglets, high performance in motion andfeeding activity is observed in the first night after stressor, in return time to rest is reduced significantly. Piglets weight during separation did not influence the animals behavior under stressor action. Separating 55-days age piglets from the sows, animals ’ high physical activity was not established during the first days ’ night, the piglets mostly rested. Piglets physical activity indicators for the first and second research groups at night during the second day after weaning were similar. Moreover indicators of time that the animal spent on rest were leveled. On the third day after weaning second research group piglets time spent on fodder consumption was slightly higher, but the overall dynamics of the feeding activity per day was similar in the two research groups.

M.D. Berezovsky, P.A. Vashchenko. Variants of combinations of different genotypes pigs in hybridization system.

 

The effects of general and specific combining ability of breeds Landrace and Large White on reproductive qualities was studied. Established that Landrace breed exceeds a Large White by general combining ability for all features. For multiple pregnancy and weight of weaning nest was founded positive effects of specific combining ability of the combination of these breeds of pigs.

 

Seven different combinations (where the maternalforms was reciprocal options: LWxL and LxLW and parental genotypes forms was breeds Landrace, Duroc and terminal boars - Optimus and Alba) was studiedfor fattening and meat qualities. Highest rates of fattening qualities were observed in VII-th group, where the parentform were 9L x tfLW combination with terminal boars Alba (average daily gain 894g, aged achieving weight of 100 kg - 171,8 days andfeed consumption 3.09 feed units). Worse were the combination whith Duroc boars (average daily gain 747-748 g, age achieve weight

 

100                   kg -183,3-183,8 days andfeed consumption 3.48feed units). Another combination which differed high fattening qualities was a combination 9VB x L with terminal boars - Optimus (group III). It should be noted first group, where the parentalforms was Landrace breed boars (reciprocal crossing). This combination of the most affordable in terms of production, becouse not always available terminal boars Alba and Optimus. For meat qualities significant differences between groups were not found. The thickness of the backfat varying from 11.9 to 15.5 mm, in general, all combination had high meat qualities.

L.P.Grishina, j.P. Aknevskyy. Methodological approaches to identify new breedingstructures in the rock.

 

The article gives the results of research to determine the degree of genetic isolationof pigs created a specialized type using animal Danish breeding. Studies indicatethat the stages of plant type breeding pigs Ukrainian and animals with differentparticle heredity sufficiently differentiated value T-test transgression does not exceed 0.5. Pigs near to the new type groups with a higher share of inheritance genotypes.Danish breeding. Using cluster analysis found that Ukrainian pig breeding and planttype "Bahmutskiy" occupy two separate clusters. Evaluation of linear distancesby calculating Euclidean distances showed significant differences between pigs Ukrainian selection and heredity Danish different animals. Ukrainian large whitebreed occupies a single cluster and has significant performance Euclidean distance(20 units) compared to other groups of pigs with different share of inheritance thatare included in the newly created plant type with improved meat quality.

 

These data suggest the effective use of transgressive and cluster analysis to assessdifferences between newly established breeding achievements from basic genotypes.

Ye. M. Agapova, R.L. Susol. The effect of interaction "genotype x environment" on the fattening indicators of young pigs Pietrain breed.

 

The aim of research was to determine the dependence fattening features of young pigs Pietrain breed on the main content of digestible essential amino acids with higher concentrations of metabolizable energy. Several series of scientific and economic experiments were conducted, the young animals of Pietrain breed in the control group were fed according to the diet adopted on the farm and in the experimental group - with a slightly higher level ME, NE, fat, digestible essential amino acids, calcium, phosphorus. Fattening characteristics and bacon’s thickness of pigs Pietrain breed improve with increasing levels of metabolizable energy, calcium, phosphorus 5% and the main essential digestible amino acids should be increased by 5% during the animals growth from 15 to 60 kg and by 20% during the animals growth from 60 to 120 kg compared with the feeding standards suitable for pigs of LW and Landrace breeds. Using improvedfeed rations of young pigs Pietrain breed in the experimental group reach live weight 100 kgfor 165 days at an average daily gain 689.22 g, which is higher than in the control group respectively on 21.34 days and on 107.22 g at P <0.001. It is necessary to continue further search, optimization and development directions of feeding pigs Pietrain breed as high meat genotype with high genetic potential in the conditions of Ukrainian enterprises conducting experiments, hematological researches, studying growth characteristics.

In modern conditions of the industrial technology the success offurther development ofpig breeding is determined mainly by the wide use of between breeds crossing and hybridization with the aim of effective using heterosis and receiving high productive young pigs for fattening. Reproductive functions of boars are characterized by sex activity, qualitative indexes of sperm and the fertilization of sows. Reproductive qualities of sows are estimated by multi-fertility, average live weight of litter at the born and at weaning, big fertility, maintenance of offspring and other parameters.

 

In the work it is given data about the influence on indexes of the reproduction of boars of different genotype in the combination of 3 sows of the Large White breed.

M.A.Hvatova, Estimation plasticity and stability оf reproductive ability inbreed crosses welsh pigs.

 

Selection at ecological andgeneticalparameters of plasticity and stability use a long time in crop production, poultry breeding, but in pig breeding - only begin.

 

As a result of carried our researches it was made quantity estimation of ecological and genetical parameters plasticity and stability 10 signs reproductive ability pigs Welsh breed in intrabreed line-female crosses.

 

The purpose of work was to base of the possibility efficiency useful in selection of ecological and genetical parameters plasticity and stability reproductive ability pigs Welsh breed.

 

The quantity estimation of plasticity and stability received with methods of dispesal and regression analysises.

 

The genetic distinctions in the level of displayfor ecological and genetical parameters of plasticity and stability reproductive ability females and index influence lines of boar was set. The females with high level of plasticity and low or middle stability has been found. The index influence of lines for reproductive ability had positive and negative significance.

 

The limit of signs index influence for multi prolificacy oscillated in range from 0,84 % to 11,63 %, milkiness -from 0,18 % to 23,0 %, live weight litter at the age 60 daysfrom 0,55 % to 16,9 %. The extreme variant of deviation occupied from 5,0 % to 100%.

 

It has been proposed to make select of lines and females for crossing in select programes on increace productivity ofpig with more higher level plasticity (r > 1,0) and low or middle stability.

 

At the farm breeding, commercial and industry complexes, reproductors farms desirable to have females with low plasticity and stability. It is gives the possibility to preserve the consolidation and adaptation capacity achived of level productivity. V. G. Tsybenko, P. A. Vashchenko, T. V .Scherban. Status and prospects of breeding Mirgorod breed pigs.

 

The article describes the highlights of the Genesis of Mirgorod breed pigs from the initial stages of creation to the modern stage. Creating of a unique genotype was carried out in the rather complicated historical period of unfavorable socio-economic conditions, a shortage of breeding material. Direction in breeding with the breed has been adjusted in accordance with the social order. The increasing demand for meat pigs has led to a significant reduction of the breed and its widespread use in the schemes of crossbreeding and hybridization with the genotypes of foreign and local origin - Landrace, Pietrain, Hampshire, Wales, Duroc, different selection of Large White breed, Poltava Meat breed, terminal boars and wild boar. At the present stage of development of the industry the main directions in the work of Mirgorod breed is the preservation of the gene pool and increase the productivity of animals by crossing with other genotypes.

 

As evidenced by the results of the analysis, Mirgorod breed is the sixth largest in the overall structure of pig breeds in Ukraine. Compared to 2014, the population increased by 386 pigs or 0.22 % and its numbers according to the State breeding register is 4223 pigs, what is 0.98 %. More than half (60.19 %) of the population of Mirgorod pigs are concentrated in the territories of his creating - Mirgorodschina, in ”DP DG Decembrists of pigbreeding Institute NAAN". Currently Mirgorod breed has a high reproduction qualities, the resistance of young animals to many infectious diseases, provides consumer product quality. Although this breed is lower to modern specialized genotypes for quantitative traits fattening and meat productivity and are simply unable to compete with major commercial genotypes foreign selection. So after 75 years since the approbation of the breed is in critical condition as a result of tough competitive conditions and lack of financial support for Ukrainian producers. Using primary zootechnical accounting materials since 1996, it was condacted evaluation Mirgorod breed pigs by the number ofpiglets at birth using a linear model BLUP (Best Linear Unbiased Prediction). The forecast bahatoplidnosti daughters as a basis for estimation BLUP-parents a high degree of compliance with the projected and actual performance.

 

When crossed Mirgorod breed pigs with parent forms of English Large White, Pietrain, boars 1/2 Mirgorod х 1/2 Pietrain and 1/2 Mirgorod х 1/2 Landrace to produce a marketable backfat thickness is reduced by 6.56-16.8 %, the tendency is to increase the meat yield to 4.18-10.31 %, while the decrease in the yield of fat on 3.62-9.41 % as compared to pure Mirgorod animals. Best feeding qualities characterized crossbred animals 3/4 Mirgorod х 1/4 Landrace - daily gains above on

 

13.29           % and age of achivment 100 kg live weight - 213.49 days. Most of the physical and technological characteristics of meat of different anatomical origin as purebred such crossbred pigs, consistent with normal and high quality. In the muscle tissue of the crossbred pigs in almost all the studied samples were smaller losses during heat treatment, the higher the protein content the much lower figure of intramuscular

Sazer, H. Fredyna and, based on the calculation of pair correlation coefficients determined the effectiveness of their use in further breeding work.

 

It is established that the highest rate of multiple pregnancy (12,7-12,8 heats) characterized sows with index BLUP (maternal line) 111,53-165,23, index of E. Wangen 21,02-22,51 and index A. Sazer, H. Fredyn- +0,32 - +2,15 points.

 

The number of authentic pair correlation coefficients with a probability>0,99-0,999 between BLUP indices, signs of own productivity gilts and reproductive ability of sows is equal to 81,8% of.

O.G. Fesenko. Selective-genetic characteristic of reproductive qualities of sows ofthe Red White belted breed.

 

Using selective-genetic parameters, which are typical for the herd, can providethe achievement of a maximum selective effect in the pedigree work. The questionof a exactness at the selection of animals to improve indexes of the productivityacquires the important significance. In the article it is given parameters of a selectiveimprovement of multifertility in sows of the Red White belted breed of the pedigreefactory TOV “Agrofirma “Medobory” in Ternopil region. By the help of selective-genetic parameters it has been carried out the calculation of ways and terms for theachievement of a selective improvement, specifically it is the determination the confinesof a selection, that is to say the minimal value of a trait, lower which animals arenot selected in the pedigree group, the share of selected animals (selective pressure),the average value in the selected group, the value of response on a selection for thegeneration and a year, the average value of the productivity in posterity.

 

The analysis of indexes of reproductive qualities in sows testifies that a level ofmultifertility was in average in the herd 9.62 heads, at the variability of a trait 10.5%.At that Standard deviation in the group was 1.2 heads. Coefficient of the inheritanceof multifertility was on a level 0.26, that characterize the genotype variety and pointson a significant efficiency of the selection of offspring for the origin.At these values of the selection the most optimal confine of the selection for the herd ismultifertility of sows on a level 10.2 of piglet. At this confine the selective differentialconsist of 1.46 of piglet, and the selection of piglets for the reproduction will becarried out from 22% sows of the pedigree factory.

In this article we presented the results of the analysis of lateral differentiation patterns nipple line or the number of right and left nipples for pigs in industrial farms. Our analysis shows that the nature of the right and left asymmetry topography teats in piglets has significant influence combined impact of external factors. Value and the level of influence of these factors require further study. Piglets with left dominant profile of location nipples are best adaptation for conditions of industrial farms. Studies of lateral differentiation of mammary development in pigs require continuation for a deeper study of the biological values asymmetry bilateral paired organs in animals. Laws of lateral asymmetry location nipples (mammary glands) in pigs of different groups can affect the intensity of the selection and works process. Knowledge of the laws of fluctuations asymmetry indices of different organs and systems in animals may be important for the improvement of methods of selection of breeds and lines with high productive qualities. Creating a database based on the study of laterality of paired organs will create a comparative base population profiles asymmetry pigs of different breeds ore groups needed to identify new areas of scientific research and finding promising breeding methods .

  1. N. Martinyuk, O.D. Bugrov. Effect of sows’ and boars’ age of wales and Ukrainian meat breed on piglets in the nest SUMMARY.

 

The article analysed intercommunication of amount of farrowing for sows, age of boars with the amount of piglets in a nest.

 

Comparing the data of multiple pregnancies of Wales ’ sows and age of mated boars, observed positive (r = 0,667) correlation dependence between the age group of boars 1-1.5 and 2-3 - years of age and the group between 2-3 and 4-5 year of age is negative, the high (r = - 1,000) interconnection.

 

Ukrainian meat sows had a small number of pigs as after mating with boars, 1-1,5 - age, that are tested, as if males of older 4-5 - years of age, showed a strong positive (r = 1,000) interconnection between multiple pregnancies and age group of 1-1.5 and 4-5 - year boars. The significant difference (P> 0.99) in terms of multiple pregnancies of sows were observed between boars 2-3 4-5 - years of age.

 

Analyzing the general indicators it can be seen that the sow after 6-8 farrowing, which were mating with 2-3 - year old boars had in the nests, by two species the greatest number of newborn piglets (107 goal), compared with sows mated with 1-1.5 - year boars (99 goal), which manifested itself in average negative correlation (r = - 0,455) between multiple pregnancies and age group (P> 0.99). Whereas, from 4-5 - year boar sows brought offspring in all 29 pigs, which was reflected in an average negative interconnection (r = - 0,739) with a group of 2-3 - year boars (P> 0.999).

 

According to research represented in the figure, it can be concluded that mating sows of Welsh breed with 1-1.5 - year old boars obtained the best results in the most number ofpiglets in the nest, while for the Sow of Ukrainian meat boars of 2 3 years age - the most acceptable of age group.

 

In order to increase multiple pregnancies of sows of Wales and Ukrainian meat breed after 6-8 farrowing, it is recommended to use for mating boars 1-3 - years of age. Researches have shown that proper selection and selection of sows and boars allows to achieve the best compatibility couples for mating and in some extent raise the fertility of sows.

 

It was found that mating sows after 6-8 farrowing with boars 1-3 - years of age increases their multiple pregnancies.

Balatsky V.M., Korinnyi S.M., Bankovska I.B., Gibolenko O.S. Association of releasing factor of growth hormone gene with meat quality of Large White breed pigs of the Ukrainian selection.

 

A search of the association of the GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) gene with meat quality of Large White breed pigs of Ukrainian selection was carried. It is found that the meat of pigs with BB genotype is characterized by a higher index of the tenderness in comparison with the heterozygous animals, while the fat content in it was higher on 0.69% and 0.50% than in the muscle tissue of individuals with the genotype AB and AA, respectively. The molecular information about the connection of GHRH genotypes (AluI-polymorphism) with the content of intramuscular fat and meat tenderness can be used in marker-assisted selection to improve meat quality.  A study of polymorphisms of genes ACTN1, FSHp, OPNin6, associated with reproductive qualities boars local Asian species. Molecular genetic analysis carried out on a sample repair boars large white breed HP "Kalytyanskyy pig farm."

 

The established major genetic and population parameters studied micropopulation boars for loci ACTN1, FSHp, OPNin6. All marker used in the system were high polimorfic. Showing credible influence gene в-subunit of follicle stimulating hormone for individual sperm parameters (namely the volume of ejaculate) in boars of large white breed, genotype impact strength at this figure was 36% (р <0,01).

S.M. Korinnyi. Effect of breeding system for population and genetic parameters of a heard.

 

The article presents data on the effect of breeding system for population genetic parameters of microsatellite loci FH4219. The farm "closed" type (LLC "Ukraine-T") found greater allelic diversity in comparison with the heard "open" type of "Freedom Farm Bacon", as evidenced by the different number of alleles detected 5 and 3, respectively. It was found private alleles frequencies were significantly different between the study populations. According to the allele frequencies of 84 n. (P <0,05) and 96 n. (P <0,01) animal farming LLC "Ukraine-T" differed from animals of "Freedom Farm Bacon" in which these alleles were detected. In turn, the animals of "Freedom Farm Bacon" allele identified 88 n., which is in the heard LLC "Ukraine-T" was absent (p <0,001).

G.S. Rudoman, V.N. Balatsky. Analysis of the presence of the mutant allele of KPL2 gene, which causes the defect of immotile sperm, in different pig breeds.

 

The results are presented of genotyping pig breeds Large White of English selection, Large White of Ukrainian selection Type 1 and Type 3, Red White-Belt, Mirgorod, Poltava Meat and Landrace for gene KPL2, which is associated with the defect of immotile sperm with a short tail. PCR technique for determining the KPL2 genotypes is optimized that allowed to carry out population studies. It was established that this gene is monomorfic for all tested animals, we found only homozygous genotype MM, the mutant allele of KPL2 gene not found. There is a need to analyze the pigs of Ukrainian and foreign breeding in order to prevent the emergence and spread of the mutation in populations of animals.

V.G. Stoianovskyi, A.M. Shostya, S.O. Usenko. Activity of superoxidedismutase in different tissues of boars in the formation period of sexual function.

 

In the article it is present the peculiarities of the dynamics of superoxide dismutase in blood, seminal plasma and in sperm of boars during the formation of sexualfunction. It has been determined that the activity of SOD in the blood of young boars from 5 to 8 month of life is significantly reduced. The most significant reduction occurs in animals of universal direction of the productivity. During the formation of the sexual function in the seminal plasma and sperm of young boars SOD activity increased, particularly significant increasing was noted during the 6th and 7 months of their development. Incubation of plasma sperm and sperm leads to a significant decreasing in SOD activity, particularly these vulnerable tissues to the action of the temperature factor were in 5, 6 and 7 monthly boars. However, in the animals of 9 - 10 months of age SOD activity after incubation increases. The seminal plasma of the boar compared with sperm has less functional activity of SOD.

The results of studies on the chemical composition and physico-chemical propertiesof fat pigs Large White, Mirgorod, Landrace and red bilopoyasoyi breed. Our studiesshow that in gilts 3 months of age the water content was higher in fat compared toanimals reached the live weight of 100 kg. You can still interbreed some differencesin the chemical composition of subcutaneous adipose tissue. With age, chemicalcomposition of animal fat changes, there is a natural reduction of water and proteinand increase the amount of fat in it.

 

There is also a reduction in fat protein that is composed of connective tissue proteins.Physico-chemical properties of spinal fat pigs mentioned species are given dependingon the species and sex. Least of unsaturated fatty acids in pig fat compositiontryhitserydiv red bilopoyasoyi and Mirgorod breeds, and most of all – in Landrace.

Morphological parameters of blood of young pigs of different genotypes. The dynamics of hemoglobin, red blood cells, platelets and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the blood of young pigs of different genotypes planted in the south of Ukraine at the age of 2, 4, 6 months. Studied blood indicators of natural resistance of young imported populations Large White pigs Hungarian and English selections, as well as red belopoyasoy breed Landrace and Duroc type intrabreed Ukrainian selection "Steppe". An assessment of the phagocytic activity of white blood cells of the experimental population. N. V. Kuzmina, D. D. Ostapiv, І. М. Yaremchuk, S. B. Kornjat, S. V. Horchin.  Catalase activity, respiration intensity and spermatozoa survival in the semen of boar ejaculate.

 

It was determined, that boar ejaculates characterize by catalase activity (CAT) 0,22 ± 0,05 цтої H2O,/(min*mg of protein), respiration activity - 4,7±0,2 ng atom. O/ ( min*0,1ml of semen) and spermatozoa survival - 116 ± 22 h. Enzymatic activity affects the intensity of oxygen consumption by sperm and spermatozoa survival. At CAT activity less than 0,20 nmol H2O/(min*mg of protein) semen respiration of boar ejaculates is the highest- 6,2 ± 0,91 ng atom. O/( min*0,1ml of semen), and oxygen consumption is lower on 40-44% (P <0,05) at bigger enzymatic activity (0.20 nmol H2O,/(min*mg of protein). The correlation between CAT activity and oxygen consumption rate has negative medium strength (ц = 0,688). In boar ejaculates the relationship between CAT activity and oxygen consumption intensity by sperm is weak at sodium fluoride effect (ц = 0,240). In the presence of sodium azide and amital correlation has medium strength, respectively, curvilinear (ц = 0,391) and negative (ц = 0,653). At action of Na2ЕDТА relationship between sudied indexes has medium negative strength (ц = 0,661). A strong positive relationship between CAT activity and survival of spermatozoa (ц = 0,711) can be used to evaluate the physiological characteristics of germ cells.

O. M. Buchko. Impact of ascorbic acid on some chain of metabolism in piglets inweaning period.

 

In order to activation the metabolic processes the influence of ascorbic acid on

 

indicators of energy and protein metabolism in piglets' blood during one of the mostcritical periods of ontogenesis – weaning period was examined. It has been found thatthe addition to the diet of piglets ascorbic acid induces activation of anabolic (increaseof total protein, alanineaminotransferase and aspartateaminotransferase activity) and energy processes (increase of glucose concentration and alkalinephosphatase activity) in plasma within the physiological norm compared with animals whichreceived a standard diet. The higher productivity and preservation of experimentalanimal compared with the control group was observed.

The effect of the introduction of the environment for freezing boar semen antioxidant Dihydroquercetin. In experiments using thick fraction semen of boars that received chiropractic method. Semen was once in 5-6 days andfrozen on technology developed in the ICU. For the experiment were taken sows after weaning piglets 28 days age. For defrosted insemination using sperm mobility with 4 points and above. They took 15-20 ml of concentrated semen (2.5-3.0 billion. Active sperm) and diluted with 80 ml 2.9% -ym aqueous solution of sodium citrate. It was also investigated the possibility of reducing the number of sperm when administered in doses of the antioxidant Dihydroquercetin environment.

 

Established that a dose of 60 mg / 100 ml of medium obtained the best results for quality indicators of sperm andfertility of sows frozen-thawed sperm by significantly reducing oxidation processes that occur in sperm when it cryopreservation.

This article contains the results of complex biologically active drugs to synchronize sows parturition in conditions VCA breeding farm Agrofirm “Mig-Service-Agro”. The results obtained with the use of drugs (Estrofan, Tryovet-F, Oksytotsynvet), demonstrate the effectiveness of synchronization sows parturition, shorten farrowing, the effectiveness of prevention of sows obstetric complications, augmentation the number of piglets born.

Proved that pH is an important factor inthe development of cells, such as, eg, temperature. pH is an influential parameterfor culturing cells in vitro. It is necessary to control the value of this parameterenvironment as increase or decrease in pH will inevitably affect cell development.Deals with experimental features for pH changes. A.V. Trokoz, V.O. Trokoz, V.I. Karpovskiy. Leukogram indicators of pigs ofdifferent types of higher nervous activity under the biological stimulus influence.

 

As a result of testing of the conditioned reflex activity formed typological experienced group of pigs: strong balanced rolling; strong, balanced inert; strong unbalanced andweak type of higher nervous activity. Then we studied the immunological reactivity of pigs of various types of higher nervous activity in biological stimulation in the form of vaccination against reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (revaccination after 28 days). Before the stimulus and after 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days thereafter, and after 3, 7, 14, 28 days after re-vaccination all animals examined relative (leukogram) and the absolute number of different forms of leukocytes. Blood smears stained with Romanovsky-Giemsa. Cells differentiated under oil immersion followed by conversion into the absolute values. The experimental data were processed with statistical methods using Microsoft Excel. It was found that representatives of the stronger types of higher nervous activity, particularly balanced mobile type, a biological stimulus first causes an increase in the number of segmented neutrophils, and animals with a weak nervous system – the number of lymphocytes. Repeated exposure of the stimulus increases the number of lymphocytes in the animals severe types of neutrophils and the representatives of the weak type. Pigs strong balanced mobile type set to the

 

highest relative and absolute number of segmented neutrophils, and for animals of the weak type is characterized by the highest relative and absolute number of lymphocytes least. Indicators leukogram pigs are closely related to the strength of nervous processes, and the mobility is most important in the regulation of eosinophils. Biological stimulus causes both amplification and attenuation parameters and the correlation to the force, balance, and mobility of the nervous processes in a number of different forms of leukocytes in the blood of pigs.

V.M. Voloshchuk, I.B. Bankovska, S.M. Grishchenko, N.P. Grishchenko.  The results of studies on the slaughter and meat and sebaceous qualitiesfeedingyoung pigs under different feeding conditions.

 

The 63-day age method analogues formed two groups of pigs: control and experimental, and 30 heads each. The experiment lasted 16 weeks and divided into two periods. Egalitarian experiment period lasted 14 days, during which the pigs receivedfeeds dry feed. In the main experiment period lasting 98 days in pigs in the control group remained the same feeding conditions as in the egalitarian period, and the animals of the 2nd experimental group fed with liquid complete feed that have been diluted with water in a ratio by weight of 1: 3. Found that feeding young pigs landed German selection that gets 77- to 175-day old liquidfeed compared with peers who received dry feed in increased slaughter weight and carcass yield, water capacity and moisture content in meat, while reducing the fat content in it.

N. Z. Ohorodnyk. Influence of preparation «Vitarmin» on the content of vitamins A and E and productivity in a weaning piglets.

 

The article presents data on the effect of the new complex preparation «Vitarmin» on the content of vitamins A and E in the blood of piglets in terms of their weaning from the sow. Established that the components of an immunomodulatory preparation, compared with the control group, increase the content of vitamins A and E in the serum of blood and an increase of 19,6 % weight gain in piglets of the experimental group.

The results of the productivity of sows at various ways offeeding and housing during gestation and suckling period. It was established that in manual feeding and range conditions queens productivity was higher safety ofpigs was better than the queens at without a stroll content. It is proved that when the automated distribution of feed and fixed way to the content of lactating sows weaning from each uterus stored at 0.3-0.7 pig 2,8-6,5% or more per litter than with the free and semi-fixed methods.

A.A. Bindyug, S.G. Zinoviev D.A. Bindyug, E.S. Semenov. Efficiency of the use of mineral bioprotectors on mother pig population.

 

The article examines the impact of mineral bioprotectors «Mg++» on biochemical status of blood sows Poltava meat breed and piglets, indicators of reproductive capacity, and cost-effectiveness of its use in growing piglets. Try out different circuits feeding a mineralfeed additive for breeding stock pigs and suckling pigs. Peculiarities of changes in biochemical indicators of blood serum at various "magnesium load" on the body of adult animals and young animals. It is established that an increased level of magnesium in the diet ofpregnant sows contributed to the increase of lipid concentration in the blood of lactating sows 18,51-30,85% and the amount of total protein in newborn piglets was higher compared to the control at 12,00-23,99% that indicates an increase in its synthesis in their bodies. The blood of newborn piglets experimental groups a decrease in ALT levels compared to the control at 13,40­22,68%. Nests sows fed bioprotectors «Mg++» in gestation and lactation periods showed a tendency to increase, compared to the control, stillbirth offspring, as well as significantly lower body weight ofpiglets at 21 days of age: 4.75 kg and 4.24 kg vs.5.29 kg (p < 0.05; p<0,001). No significant difference in the growth rate of suckling piglets of different groups have been identified: average daily gain were within the 192.38 - 210.93, the significant relationship of general reproductive capacity of sows and piglets on the amount of consumed bioprotectors «Mg ++» has been established. Profitability ofgrowing piglets to 45 days of age in the II and III experimental groups was less and IV was on par with the control.

 The article presents the results of the experiment, in which was used the extract soy bean vegetative mass as a supplement to the diet of piglets under 2 months of age and gilts. It have been established that the inclusion of soy extract in diet does not accompanied by significant changes in morphological and biochemical parameters of bloods.

Rukavytsya A. Evaluation of selection of sows with using estimated breeding value (ebv).

 

The results of evaluation of the effectiveness of selection sows with using estimated breeding values (EBV) are given in the article. It was found that the offspring were selected from the best sows according to their estimates breeding values of number born alive (EBV1), surpassed his contemporaries derived from the worst sows featured 8 of 11 studied traits, namely, the total number of piglets at birth - 1.59 goal. (R>0,999), number born alive - 1.33 goal. (R>0,999), litter size - 2.0 kg (R>0,999). Evaluation of the proposed selection criteria allows to objectively determine the genetic potential of the animal and give positively affect the results of breeding work with the herd.
