Recoupment of the inlaid money in modern technologies is possible only on condition of the effective use of financial and human resources and receipt minimum of production cost of one gained centner of pork. There is a necessity of introduction of modern technologies with new technical decisions on the enterprises of different power.

Application of new technological approaches to choose of genotypes, management, raising, and feeding of pigs gives possibility to create comfort conditions for pig management, to increase production of high quality pig meat with lesser costs of financial and material-technical recourses, to ameliorate work conditions for service staff and to increase profit of the branch.

Effective, highly profitable alternative technology of the single –phase pig growing with the use of the suggested universal technological equipment to provide optimum microclimate in farm buildings without heating, organization of regulated seasonal furrows has been worked out on the basis of the experimental research work.

The guestions of a technology and an efficienay of keeping the different age-old and production groups of pigs under the conditions of summer camps are giken in the article. It has been shown the peculiarities of keeping of lactation and unpregnant sows,remount and fattened pigs’stock under the conditions of camps. It was payed attention on the expediency of a combination of the camp keeping with pasturage. A camp pasturage keeping under the conditions of an experiment positively influences on the economic efficiency of pig-breeding in an agricultural enterprise in general. The pure profit from a realization of pork consist of 17.6% from a common pure profit which was got in the stock-breeding.

It is given the reference of reproductive qualities of initial maternal and paternal forms in the selective herds. Obtaining of the two-breed female pigs for a system of hybridization and also it is given the indexes of productivity of purebred and combine bred maternal animals under conditions of trade farm. The Landras breed sows had a better reproductive qualities (pregnancy – 12.3 piglets per farrow), their index was – 43.7. The pregnancy of the Durok breed sows was 9.9 and their index was 36.1. Purebred and two-breed sows combined with boars of paternal forms had similar results, with the exception of 3 combination: ? (L х D) х ?Opt., ?L х ?D, ? (D х L) х ?L.

I.V.Khatko Patterns of fat deposits in various parts of the body of English pig breeding.

The features of deposits of fat pigs of different combinations of genotypes in the British selection of fattening up the weight Conditions by 100, 120 and 140 kg were studied. A comparative analysis of the objective evaluation of meat quality by the thickness of fat in different parts of the body, as well as domestic and foreign methods of determination of meatiness. The optimal combination of variants of genotypes in breeding systems under  industrial technology conditions  have proved the feasibility fattening up to 120-140 kg weight conditions by. The significantly high correlation was found between the indicators of fat thickness, measured in vivo and after pig slaughter.

V.A.Vovk, P.A.Vashchenko.  Influence of combining ability on reproductive characteristics of swine at pure breeding and cross-breeding.         There has been made a research as for the influence of general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) on reproductive characteristics of swine. It was ascertained that at prolificacy and mean weight of 1 piglet after weaning the difference between combinations (Р<0,01) was reliably caused by general combining ability. The effects of specific combining ability influenced positively the indices of prolificacy (Р<0,01) and mean weight of farrow after weaning (Р<0,05). There has not been established statistically reliable influence on quantity of piglets at weaning. By reciprocal crossing of big white breed and  big black breed the most effective is the combination of big white x big black.

L.P.Grishina.  Prediction performance of  pigs on growth indices in earlyontogeny.

The article gives the results of research on forecasting performance of pigs of different genotypes by the intensity indices formation,uniformity and tension development. It has been indicated that there is a high correlation between average daily increments andindices of growth inthe initial period of ontogenesis (r=0,88**-0,95***). The most informative index was uniformity of growth, which had a high correlation with average daily increments in all age periods from birth to six months of age(r =0,89**-0,99***).These dataconsider a possibility of early prediction of pigs performance for the initial period of ontogenesis, which will increase the pace of progressin breeding populations.

It was opened the significance of methodological approaches and sience-practical bases in a historical zootechnical process of the creation of the Poltava meat breed of pigs. It has been done the conclusion about a fact that the methodology of the creation of the Poltava meat breed of pigs was widely and thoroughly comprehended and its successful realization founded an unique base in relation to perspectives of the modernusing of animals of a domesticgenotype at en intensive production of porc as maternal or paternal forms and also in systems of traditional technologies of breeding and fattening of pigs for obtaining of a national ecological product.

Ivanov V.O., Romanovskaya L.V., Maksimenko O.O. Productivity of pigs of different genotypes under different conditions of management.

Experimental materials concerning preferences of summer-camp pasture management of repair young are presented. Particularly in conditions of summer-camp pasture management of animal groups of Landrace and Large White breed, cost of additional major production put together for one head respectively 176.8 and 188.5 griven in comparison with analogues which were managed in room.

P. Ostapchuk. Combining ability of the sows' reproductive traits by interbreeding.

Evaluation of combining ability is crucial in the characterization of the specialized types of pig meat in the system of interbreeding. Our research found a positive effect overall combining ability effects on the dynamics of body weight in crossbred piglets during the suckling period, when using boars Landrace breed as a paternal form when crossed with sows of Large White breed. Duroc boars breed have such an impact only on the live weight of piglets at the time of weaning.

K.F. Pochernyaev. Evaluation of genetic diversity of local breeds of pigs in Ukraine on the basis of mitochondrial DNA polymorphisms.

PCR-RFLP analysis of polymorphism in the D-loop region of mitochondrial DNA of local pig breeds of Ukraine has identified several mitochondrial haplotypes in each breed. Each breed was characterized by a pattern of intra mitochondrial haplotypes - haplogroup. Despite the critical state of the Ukrainian Steppe Spotted breed, the population has retained a considerable genetic diversity of mitochondrial haplotypes. Contrary to a common origin, the mitochondrial haplotypes of the Ukrainian Steppe White and the Ukrainian Steppe Spotted formed different haplogroups. Combining the Mirgorod and the Ukrainian Steppe Spotted on the basis of their external resemblance and the direction of productivity, which is offered as a way to preserve of Ukrainian local pig breeds will lead to a decrease of genetic diversity.

A.M.Saenko, V.N.Balatsky, G.I.Syrovniev, V.T.Smetanin. Polymorphism of FUT1 and MUC4 loci in population of Ukrainian meat breed pigs selected at Dnepropetrovsk agricultural Institute.

The results of DNA typing of Ukrainian meat breed pigs (the type of  Dnepropetrovsk agricultural institute selection), on FUT1 and MUC4 loci, which associated with resistance to colibacteriosis in animals are represented. The presence of polymorphisms in population on investigational loci testifies of possibility to organize marker assisted selection for increasing genetic resistance to this intestinal infection in pigs.

On concrete examples illiterate manipulation of separate formulas is shown with violation of rules of mathematics. It is suggested to enter the mathematical criticizing of mathematical formulas for the purpose rightness of their algorithm.

V.F. Kovalenko, K.Ye.Yudina. Historical aspects of a methodology of the German school in investigations of the digestion of a pig.

The historical materials about the German school which was founded by well-known physiologist V. Ellenberger at the end of the 19th and at the beginning of the 20th century are given. The represents of this school started researches of physiological processes of salivation, gastric and intestinal digestion in pig. They first found out the salivation, the movement of a fodder in a digestive canal of a pig. The chemical analysis of chymus were started. Obtained results became the substratum for next generations of researchers

O.H. Chyrkov– Cervical permeability factor in the embryo transplantation in pigs.

In a whole good cervical permeability for a catheter is noted in sows with several antecedentfarrows, while in animals with only one farrow its level had a tendency of lowering but female pigs had a critically low one. An average index of the permeability was significantly lowering with the course of sexual circle between 4.5-5 and 6.5-7 days. The complications of a catheter intrusion were accompanied with a negative result of the embryo transplantation and a tendency to lowering of a result of the previous recipient pairing.

S.F.Lobchenko, V.O.Lobchenko, V.F.Kovalenko.Viability of boar spermatozoa under incubation in autologous seminal plasma.

It has been studied the viability of boar spermatozoa (SPZ) for their concentration in 2 ? 108 spz/сm3, 1 ? 108 spz/сm3, 0,5 ? 108 spz/сm3 and 0,25 ? 108 spz/сm3 in an incubation medium with a contain of autologous seminal plasma on the level of 100 %, 50 %, 25 %, 12,5 % and 6,25 % at the 38 °С. Carried out researches give a possibility to do the conclusion about a fact that the viability of boar SPZ depends on not only from their concentration but also from concentration of seminal plasma in an incubation medium. The proportional reduction of concentration of SPZ are reflected significantly stronger on their viability than the reduction of a degree of rarefaction of seminal plasma. The highest indexes of a vitality of SPZ are observed for the concentration of 1 ? 108 spz/сm3 and 25 % of a contain of seminal plasma in an incubation medium. These data can be considered for the preparation of sperm to keeping and subsequent use in artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization.

V.O.Lobchenko O.M.Bondarenko. Сorpus luteum in diestrus sow ovary as an indicator of ovulation level and potential litter size.

The aim of the study was to estimate quantity of corpus luteum in sow ovary in diestrus of estrus cycle. The results demonstrated that in early winter period ovaries of sowa reached the weight about 100 – 120 kg had ovulatory level estimated by the quantity of corpus luteum as 14,7. The average difference in corpus luteum among the same pig ovarys was 3,3 or 21,6 %. Only 10 % of sows had identical corpus luteum quantity in each of two ovaries. The rest of sows had asymmetrical corpus luteum quantity in the range of one to five ones.

А.Bugrov, І.Martynyk. Dynamics of testimonies of pH of the water distilled, redistilled and pyrogen-free depending on a temperature, term, and method of storage.

Dynamics of testimonies of pH of the water distilled, redistilled and pyrogen-free depending on a temperature, term, and method of storage  is the dynamics of testimonies of concentration of hydrogen ions resulted In the article, at storage of the water distilled, redistilled, pyrogen-free in glass and plastic small bottles at temperature 16-18?C and 4-5?C. It is set that storage of water in glass retorts at a temperature 16-18?С and 4-5?С, substantially pH reduces during a few days of storage, (р<0,001), and on 3-th twenty-four hours of рН water promotes as compared to control and 2-th round the previous clocks, (р<0,001). Dynamics of pH between nekip'yachenoyu and boiled bidistilled water flow in 3 days of storage showed that after kyp'yachinnya, water keeps the pH stable compared to nekyp'yachenoyu.At storage of water in plastic small bottles at the same temperatures, her рН reduces during 3-th twenty-four hours as compared to control but, on 3-th twenty-four hours of storage of рН of pyrogen-free water reduces (р< 0,001) substantially. Storage of pyrogen-free water (in ampoules) in a plastic small bottle at a temperature16-18?C and 4-5 for 1-th twenty-four hours of рН water  promotes (р>0,05), and in subsequent 2-th and 3-th twenty-four hours substantially reduces as compared to control, ( р< 0,001).

S.O.Semenov, S.M.Korinnyi, Y.O.Remizova. Spreading of genetically-engineered construction in the potential fodder raw material of Poltava region.

It is given the results of the monitoring of a potential feed resource base of combined fodrers for the presence of GM constructions (GMC markers: promoter 35S, NOS terminator and GTO 40-3-2) - commercial quantities of grain and grain forage with the enterprises of businesses - grain traders, grain elevators, Grain Products, GMP and other procurement and feed organizations in Poltava region. It has been tested Ukrainian soybean kinds for the presence of GMC (the presence of a sequence of GTO 40-3-2), which was found in 8 out of 12 samples of seven kinds of soybeans (58%). And registered samples and experimental kinds of winter wheat, peas and millet in the central region of Ukraine, GMC have not been found.

V.V. Isakov, N.O. Mazanko, N.N. Beyduk. The use of ecological forages at feeding of pigs.

The results of researches about feeding of a live-stock of pigs by forages which were grown on the base of a biological agriculture have been given in the article. According to obtained results it was determined that feeding of pigs by forages which were grown for the technology of a biological agriculture is enough effective. It should notice that reproductive and fattening qualities of researches animals didnot reduce but they were on the high level. Production is competitive with a lower prime cost of 1 c of pork on 6,4% and a profit on one head is higher on 16% than at feeding by forages which were grown for the traditional technology.

Planning amounts of annual production of pork products for a certain region needs the simultaneous consideration of a level of consumption of pork by population for a year and technological parameters, because these factors influence enough strong on the efficiency of conducting the field. Stable production and suply the pork products for the population is possible only under the condition of keeping balanced technological and economic indexes of economical activity of pig breeding enterprises.

D.O.Bindiug. The rhythm of animals’ growth at the correlation with a level of the consumption of forage.

It has been determined the significant variability of individual rhythms of growth (development) of fattening pigs which are the results of an interaction of animals’ genotype with par atypical factors, specifically their feeding. In average the duration of a biorhythm of pigs’ growth is 10 – 12 days. It was found out the correlation between a number of consumed forage by pigs and their days’ gains (r= 0,617, p ? 0,001) under conditions of feeding for norm. The variability (Cv) of animals’ growth is displayed at bigger measure comparatively with of a number of consumed forage by them and it is accordingly – 15,07 % and 7,13 % that point at the dependence of the rhythm of their growth not only from feeding.

L.M. Kuzmenko. Haematological indexes of young pigs at feeding of concentrated sunflower shrot.

The results of researches of blood of young pigs at partly and full change according to mass in combined feed - stuff of soya shrot on concentrated sunflower shrot are given. Haematological indexes of research animals were within the confines of the physiological norm. It was noticed the increase of concentration of some biochemistrical indexes such as urea, creatinine, total lipids, total calcium and inorganic phosphorus in blood of pigs which were fed by concentrated sunflower shrot in comparison with control analogs.

О.Y. Kanyuka The level of physical-chemical indicators of meat of pigs of large white breed during last 40 years.

The article presents the comparison of the characteristic of the basic physico-chemical quality indicators of the long back muscles of the large white breed pigs. We used the archive materials, so we were able to trace the dynamics of values of these indicators over time from 1966 until 2012. The article provides comparative analysis of conditions of the maintenance and feeding of pigs in the 1960s and in the beginning of the XXI century. Changes fodder base. The technical equipment changes have caused the appearance of «technologically new pork», which has some differences on quality indicators.
