V.M. Voloshchuk, I.V. Khatko, A.I. Pidtereba , L.I. Ignat. The features of selection and technological solutions and organizational forms in modern pigstry.

 

Major stages of the formation one of the best farms in Ukraine were highlighted. The farm specializes in the breeding of pedigree and commercial pigs. Factors which became the basis of the successful implementation this project were induced. They give consideration to using better genetic potential of the French and German pigs breeding organizing local science-based breeding systems, whose aim is to provide highly productive hybrid young animals for fattening. The advantages of using modern European equipment for indoor environment, automated production, delivery and dosing feeds, animal welfare and production of all age groups, utilization of manure was revealed. Main indicators of productivity of breeding herd were presented.

Efficiency of introduction new technological approaches in manufacturing of pedigree production is seen on pedigree enterprises which pass to line technology of manufacturing. It is most acceptable in point of view effective use of labor and matter resources, foresees line and continuity manufacture process, increases profitability of manufacturing.

Conducted researches have stated that the use of the developed technological equipment under conditions of alternative technology results in air content reduction of ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, bacterial contamination and promotes sex activity and sows impregnation.

O.F. Saglo. Technological peculiarities of the organization and the use of a green conveyance for pigs and sanitary demands

 

       In the article it is given the questions in reference to the organization and rational using of a green conveyance in pig-breeding depend on from regions of Ukraine and also sanitary demands of giving extra food of different age-old and production groups of pigs and also it is given technological aspects of pasturing the animals and a water supply. Obtained terms of the use of basic cultures of a green conveyance for pigs are presented in a separated table.

V.O. Vovk, P.A. Vashchenko, S.M. Skrypka The combinative conjunction of pigs of different genotypes

 

It was carried out the research in reference to the influence of a general (GCA) and specific (SCA) combinative ability on fattened and slaughtered qualities of pigs. It has been determined that all genetic components of a combinative ability (a part of the influence of its is within the confines of 57 – 59%) reliable influence on fattened qualities wit a mainly influence of specific combinative ability. It was not found out a reliable influence of any factors on the slaughtered output. Indexes of a length of trunk and a thickness of fat reliably were determined of a general combinative ability (P<0,01) and a part of the influence of its was 92,2 – 94,4% accordingly. The reliable influence of reciprocal e effects was determined in an average daily gain (P<0,01), an age of the achievement of living mass 100 kg (P<0,05) and expenditures of food-stuff (P<0,01) Specifically the combination the ? Large White х the ? Large Black mainly is a reciprocal variant.

L.G. Peretiatko.The pedigree base and perspectives of a preservation of the Poltava Meat breed of pigs.

 

It is given the history of a creation, modern state, an area of spreading and a direction of the  further selective pedigree work with the Poltava Meat breed of pigs. It has been determined that pigs of this breed are bred in five pedigree factories and seven pedigree farms of different regions of Ukraine. The biggest number of a pedigree live-stock was observed in 2006 and 2009. It is recommended to use the Poltava Meat breed in systems of crossing and breed – lines hybridization.

L.P.Grishina, J.P.Aknevskyy. Dynamics of changes in selected pigs population of large white rocks.

 

The article analyzes the results of selection changes research in new type of large rocks pigs of "Bahmutskiy." It is found that the pigs of I - IV generations form distribution curves, which are close to the normal type by their statistical parameters. At the same time a high positive coefficient of kurtosis on the length of the trunk in pigs represents of the first and the fourth generation (Ex = 3.699 i 1.714) indicates an increase of stabilizing selection, and an increase in multiple pregnancy sows occurred under the influence of directional selection in the first generation (AS = 0.648, Eх = 0.969) with further consolidating the achieved results by stabilizing selection.

A.O. Onishchenko. The productivity of different lines of boars of the Ukrainian Meat breed.

 

It is given the date of an estimation of genealogical lines of boars of the Ukrainian Meat bread of pigs for the quality of posterities. Average indexes of a productivity of posterities were on the level: a quick–maturity  was 188 days, an average daily gain was 676 g, expenditures of food–stuff were 3,47 food units, a thickness of fat was 23 mm, an index of fattened qualities was 168,3 points.The highest average daily gains, comparatively with average for all estimated boars were in posterities of a boar Tsukat 7931 (758 g), they have rached the plan live mass for the shortest period 183 days at the expenditure of 3,24 food units on 1 kg of a gain of live mass.

K.F. Pochernyaev., D.V. Lomako. Genetic diversity of mitochondrial genomes the Large Black pig breed

 

The estimation of genetic diversity of mitochondrial genomes of a the Large Black was carried out by PCR-RFLP. This approach allows the simultaneous determination of single nucleotide polymorphisms of the mitochondrial genome of pigs: 15558А>T, 15580T>C, 15616S>T, 15714T>C and 15758T>C. Among the studied representatives of different families it was identified six mitochondrial haplotypes. Haploid diversity these pigs is the highest among the six Ukrainian of little numeral breeds (Н=0,325). This indicates a significant degree of genetic erosion of the Large Black breed in Ukraine.

A.I.Revenko, A.O.Onishchenko. The characteristic of pigs of the Ukrainian Meat breed for immunogenetic markers.

 

The analysis of data of nine lines of boars of the Ukrainian Meat breed was carried out. It has been determined that significant variations for the frequency of meeting of certain alleles, particularly in compound polyalleles systems of blood  are between some lines.

 

It has been determined that the use of polymorphous systems of blood groups as genetic markers allows substantiatly to perform the goal–directed selection of paternal pairs for getting the posterity with  a higher level of the development of selective indications.

V. Topiha, S. Kramarenko, S. Lugovoy Evaluation of linkage disequilibrium and effect «bottleneck» on microsatellite DNA loci in Ukraine bred populations of pigs.

 

The paper presents the results of evaluation of disequilibrium clutch and effect "bottleneck» in swine populations of different breeds that are bred in regions that have undergone varying degrees of human impacts, including the effects of the Chernobyl accident. Found that in populations of pigs, which are bred in farms Chernihiv region incidence of probable deviation of observed heterozygosity from equilibrium is higher - 75% vs. 55.3%, respectively (?2 = 4,85; df = 1; p = 0,028).

I.B. Bankovska, O.Y. Kanyuka  The features maturation of muscle tissue in pigs’ carcasses of different breeds.

 

The results of studies of the dynamics of autolytic changes of temperature indexes, an active acidity (pH) and an electrical conductivity in the individual muscles of pigs’ carcasses of domestic and foreign selection are presented in the article. It has been determined that breed particular of a course of processes in pigs’ carcasses after the slaughter of pigs didn’t have a strong display. The difference was observed mainly between groups of muscles, which had specific features of speed and quality of the maturity. I was found out the clear tendency of three types of a change of an index of the electrical conductivity, depending on a kind of a meat during a day.

L.P Grishina, V.І. Malik. Comparative evaluation of the productive qualities of pigs of large white breed of leading enterprises of Ukraine.

 

It is conducted a comparative analysis of the development and productive qualities of pigs of large white rocks, which are written in the IIIrd part of State book of breeding animals. It is found that depending on the main grounds breeding boars and sows of  the leading farms in Ukraine exceed class elite in 6,4-22%.

Most known and most understandable theoretical ground for application of environmental oscillation (sinusoidal change) for development of gametes, cells, embryos and organisms is natural oscillation of parametrical values both biological objects (biorhythmicity) and their environment. Most general theoretical ground of it is the promotion to regular (oscillatory) and non-regular (fluctuating) interpassage of opposite properties of any objects-processes in their quantitative and qualitative changes.

It was studied the comparative efficiency of two kinds of prestartered feed-stuffs Lactofit and Porko 1:2 and traditional ration of the agriculture enterprise (extruded started grain-soya mixture which is enriched by 3% premix) in feeding of piglets-suckers. It has been determined the increase of average day gains to 16%, a mass of nest on 9% and also a significant reduction of expenditures of feed-stuffs on 1 kg of a gain and the improvement of economic indexes of growing piglets.

It was researched the digestion of nutritions matters of forage under different regimens of feeding young pigs of the Poltava meat breed: normed steady and rhythmical (osciliatory), without limitation. It has been determined  the high level of a digestion and their assimilation in an organism of animals independenthy of a regimen of feeding. The tendency to a better assimilation of nutritions matters under steady and rhythmical feeding comparatively with pigs wich were fed without limitation was found out. The deflexions of coefficients of a digestion from an average index within the limits experimental groups were bigger in animals which were fed without limitation.

V.F.Kovalenko, V.M.Yukhno. Slaughter quality of pigs with the use of emulsified beef fat.

 

The article presents separate indicators of slaughter quality of pigs in the process of feeding them by emulsified beef fat. Found that the use of emulsified fat contributes to shorten the achievement of animal body weight to 100 kg, helping to improve the slaughter quality of pigs – reducing the thickness of fat, at the same time it increase in the area «muscular eye» and increased slaughter yield, and also an appropriate amount of meat and a simultaneous decrease of fat.

L.M.Kuzmenk, O.O.Derzchgovskyi. Fattened and meat qualities of young pigs at feeding of sunflower shrot of higher fodder value.

 

The results of researches for studying of the influence of sunflower shrot of higher fodder value on fattening and meat qualities of young pigs were given. It has been shown the average daily gains of animals and expenditures of feed-stuff on the unit of a gain under the addition to a composition of mixed feed-stuff of processed sunflower shrot. It was noticed the tendency to the increase of indexes of slaughtered output of young pigs of experimental groups and probable increase of the meat output from a carcass in animals to mixed feed-stuff which were added 15 % for mass of sunflower shrot of higher fodder value.

V.F.Andriychyk,  V.I.Tkachyk.  Impact on quality feed digestibility of nutrients in sows.

 

In the article the results of digestibility of nutrients sows when feeding them grain foods naturally contaminated with mycotoxins in diets of natural mineral under experiment shows bigger and mikosorbu. Investigated the addition of adsorbents data caused an increase digestibility coefficients of nutrients on 1,3-4,98%.

L.S.YeremkoR.V.Olepir.  Productivity of  the vetch-oat mixtures at various ratios of components in low moisture conditions of the left bank steppe of Ukraine.

 

The results of studies to determine the yield and nutritional value of green mass of vetch-oat mixtures  in low moisture conditions of the left bank steppe of Ukrainehave been given. It is established that  the increase of vegetative plant part of the legumes and cereals  in their joint cultivation defined on varietal characteristics andchahge depending on the number of the plants per unit area. Using the variety   of   spring vetch  Hybridna 97 and  variety of oat Chernigovskiy 27 with the seeding rate  of the components –1,5 mln per ha is the most appropriate for growing vetch-oat mixtures.

A.V. Sydorenko, R.V. Olepir. The comparative estimation of a fodder productivity of the amaranth depend on the technology of growing.

 

It has been carried out researches of the study of indexes of a productivity of the amaranth. It was determined the amaranth has lower indexes comparatively with the corn for a harvest of green mass and gathering of dry matters.

 

The productivity of the amaranth is higher at a wide line way of sowing on 8,5% at the gathering on green forage and on 13,2% at the gathering on silage. Together with it, the amaranth has higher indexes at the output of protein from an unit of the area and the provision for them a fodder unit that is bigger from corn in 2,0 and 2,2 times at the gathering on green forage and in 3,4 and 3,8 times at the gathering on silage according to the way of sowing.

Iu.Biliavskyi, A.Minyaylo, E.Matveeva.  Hazardous diseases of seed sowings of an alfalfa.

 

Results of definition of a degree of diffusion and development of the most hazardous diseases of seed sowings of an alfalfa of left-bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine are presented. Presence of a lesion by a brown and yellow spot, rust, mealy dew, withering, ascochitosis and false mealy dew is established. Over a complex of the basic diseases of an alfalfa dominate brown and yellow a spot. Rationally incorporated agrotechnical and organizational-economic measures of crop protection of an alfalfa are reliable and effective in limitation of development of the given diseases.

S.Yu. Smyslov, O.I. Pidtereba. Use of informative subsystems for prognostication production of pork in the structure of three-stage plant-breeding pyramid.

 

One of the basic factors of the decline of a profitability of an economic activity of enterprises which produce pork is non-compliance with technological parameters of the production. If the set norms of the production are not observed in the structure of three-stage selective pyramid of producers of pork on the three-stage base, then it results in the maintenance of a greater number of sows and auxiliary personnel, overruns of the mixed fodders and other operating charges, the decline of a level of the profitability of production.

V.S. Ogurenko The reproductive qualities of different combinations of pigs of the breed Landrace of  Danish and American origin.

 

It has been carried out the  research with studying of an efficiency of the use of boars of the  breed Landrace, which were received from sows of  Danish and American origin from frozen boar sperm of American selection.  The combination with half blood boars had the advantage over a control group of Danish origin practically for all features of reproductive qualities (in average for  estimable indexes on 1,31) units  and for a leading feature of reproductive qualities for a  number of born living piglets on 6,4%.

O.S. Dykan. The genetic structure of different breeds and interbred types of pigs for a gene of cathepsin B.

 

 It is presented the results of DNA – typing  pigs of different breeds  and interbred types for a gene cathepsin  B .The allocation of alleles and genotypes, heterozygosis level was determined. It has been estimated the possibility to perform a marker selection. Breeds the Large White (LW type ULW-3), the Large White of English selection (LWE), a Large Black (LB) and Landrace are differed in the distribution of frequencies of alleles and genotypes for CTSB gene. Marker selection on the basis of typing for gene CTSB is available in the pig populations of the Large Black and Large White of English selection.

G.C. Rydoman. Molecylar genetical monitoring of the resistance of pigs of different breeds to enteropathogenic strains of bacterium Escherichia coli.

 

The results of DNA typing of pigs of different breeds for FUT1 locus which is assotiated with the resistance of animals to colibacteriosis are presented. Molecylargenetical monitoring of the resistance to this disease was performed.It has been determined the allocation of frequencies of alleles and genotypes, a heterozygosis level and a fixation index. The presence polymorphism of this locus afford the possibility to performed a marker selection with the aim of the creating of genetically resistant herds of animal to intestinal infection.

It is the results of DNA typing of the Large White and the Myrgorod breeds of pigs and crosses the Large White?Landrace, on polymorphic site of gene  perylipin which are associated with indexes of on average daily gain and a backfat carcasses. The possibility of marker selection to improve fattening and meat qualities of pigs for certain PLIN - genotypes.

It is presented the data about a content of creatinine in m. semimembranosus (ham), m. longisimus dorsi, m. serratus ventralis (neck), m. rectus abdominis (underbelly),pars costalis diafragmatis and m. trapezius (pars cervicalis) (back) in the article. Pigs of the Red White belted breed of meat pigs, crosses, Landrace and Large White were researched. It has been done the correlative comparison of creatinine in muscles with live weight of experimental animals, and weight of carcass pair.
