The results of a valuation of physical-chemical properties of meat and fat under the creation of a factory type of pigs in the Large White breed are given. It of a neu factory type conform with pork of the high guality practically for all indexes (meat pH, a moistuke holding ability, a delicacy, a chemical composition).

L. P. GryshynaThe implementation of the genetic potential productivity of pigs at different methods of cultivation.

 

There are presented the results of evaluation of the genetic potential of a new factory type of pigs of Large White breed with purebreeding and crossbreeding with the Landrace breed. It was founded that using of the selection process of danish breeding genotypes had a positive impact on increasing the genetic potential of pigs of Large White breed of ukrainian selection.Increasing the share of Danish pigs hereditywill increase daily gain by 51.48%, respectively, and reduce the number of days to reach a live weight of 100 kg - 25%, the cost of feed per 1 kg of growth - by 29% carcass yield increase by 5%, weight Leg - 8.6% area of the "muscle eye" – by 49%, and the thickness of fat to decrease by 41.4%. The degree of realization of genetic potential consists approximately  97.3%.

It has been given the data about Histological researches of muscle tissue of new genealogical structures in the Poltava meat breed of pigs.

P.A Vashchenko .A pedigree value of pigs.

 

It was conducted the comparison of different methods of pigs’ pedigree value estimation: up-to-date (BLUP) and which traditionally are used in Ukraine. There was established, linear models give exactly description genetic tendency to the certain level of productivity. The results of boars’ evaluation by control fattening coincide better with results by method BLUP comparatively with their own productivities. The indices that are used in Ukraine pig breeding define phenotype more than gene value of animals. Evaluation of high-level productive pig herd according to “The Instructions to Valuation of Pigs” is not always valid for conducting selective work, since 92-96% animals get the same estimation even if there are essential differences in meaning of selective features.

It is analyzed reproductive trait of sows of different genotypes at pure breeding and cross. The most effective variants of combinations of initial parental foms was detected.

The results of science researches of immunogenetic reactivity and a level of pig heterozygosity of the Poltava meat breed of pigs which were grown in different ecological and climatic conditions are given. It has been determined the statistical regularities of the results of genetic studies between animals of different experimental groups.

 

The levels of actual and expected pig heterozygosity in pigs of the pedigree plant SE "Experimental Base" "Nadia" and pigs which were brought from the pedigree farm "Kolos-2002".

The results of researches of  hematological indexes of  blood are resulted for the pigs of different genotypes. On the indexes of albumen-globulin relation combinations of LWxL and (LWxL)xD appeared most productive.

I.B.Bankovska, A.A.Bindiug., S.G.ZinovievThe meat quality of pigs at the conditions of the use of fermented fodder additions.

 

It is suggested the use of fermented fodder additions which are produced on the base of probiotic preparations Baikal EM 1U and EM-A that contain effective microorganisms in the feeding of pigs for the getting the ecological safe production of a pig-breeding branch. Feeding them for pigs at the feeding of 5%from the mass of a ration lowered a little the separate physical and chemical indexes of the meat quality, however its chemical composition was within the confines of the rate. There were 2,60 – 22,33 % of proteins, 2,37 – 2,88 % of lipids, 0,043 – 0,048 % of Ca and 0,224 – 0,235 of P in pig meat. The quality of boiled meat and bouillon of experimental animals doesn’t give up to samples of the control group for test indexes.

   The comparative characteristics of physical and chemical composition of meat of pigs Large White breed with purebred breeding and crossbreeding with Poltava meat and red belopoyasoy breeds. The results indicate that the meat of pigs Large White breed with purebred breeding and crossing did not differ significantly and meet the requirements for pork of normal quality.

It was studied the biochemistry composition of native semen and blood. The biochemistry components the higher quality of sperm and blood were better then lower quality. It has been determined the separated different peculiarities between

 

sperm and blood. It was arranged that biochemistry components were lesser in sperm, but quantity of triglycerides and AsAt were higher. Also has been determined the middle connections between of the biochemistry composition of native semen and blood.

V. Lobchenko, S. Lobchenko   Fertilization in the mammals: spermatozoa penetration mechanism through egg vestments.

 

Critically analyzed current ideas about fertilization in the mammals especially spermatozoa penetration mechanism through zona pellucida. Suggested new idea in principal. Content of the proposition is an active value of egg in the fertilization. The main role belonged to follicle cell projections that promote spermatozoa overcome through zona pellucida. The possible details of the proposed idea are discussed.

V.S. Ogurenko The influence of carrying out terms of the artificial insemination by cryopreserved sperm on the efficiency of sows’ fertilization of a breed landras.

 

         It was carried out the research relatively the finding of optimal  insemination period of sows by frozen sperm and it was substantiated the methodical approaches which concern to the prognostication of optimal period of the insemination by cryoprеserved boars’  sperm (CSB) taking into consideration factors which influence on the time of ovulation.

It was studied the efficiency of using of a domestic sorbent “Alphasorb” as the means of a prophylaxy in feeding of lactative sows and piglets to the separation in 45 days.

Showing, the results of scientifically – economical experiment with learning employment of concentrated shrot sunflower – Florisie – in the feeding pigling. The substitution of halfshrot soybean in rations of pigling 3-6 manths the Florisie (7,5 % mass rations ) not to diminish productivity at the increase on 2,3 % consumption fodder on the 1 kilogramme accretion. The absolute replacementsoybeanshrot on the concentrated sunflower shrot (15 % mass rations ) to increase average daily increases pigling on the 7,3 % and to diminish conversionstern on the 7,2 %

A.V. Korobka, A.A. Onischenko. Using of enzyme preparations in pig-breeding.

 

Information on studying of efficiency in application of fermental preparations in feeding of young growth of pigs is presented. Positive influence of the given additives on increase of nutritiousness of diets, daily average additional weights of animals, reduction of level of disease gastrointestinal – an intestinal path of pigs, improvement of zoohygiene of premises and ecology is established.

Effectiveness of pig breeding and economic reasonability of plant function in pork production depends in more parts of events on adequacy of forage and ration optimization. By using of computer technique possibilities and software tools, one may operatively make counting of rations on basis of available forages in farm and prognosticate profitability of branch at different level of feeding.

It has been  given the analysis of a modern state and perspective of the market development of an ecologically pure products in Ukraine and in the world. The legislative and normative acts in relation to manufacturing the organic production were studied. It was   analysed basic researches and publications were the solution of problems of manufacturing the organic production is shown. The results of monitoring the ecological state of regions in Ukraine are given and it was determined the presence of enterprise which manufacture an organic production there and the dynamics of a development of the organic agroindustrial production in Ukraine was analysed.

It was spared a particular attention to the involvement of commercial partner (Hungary company) to the approbation in manufacturing that or another innovatike production.
